As I took on the role of Lead Concierge for the Ritz-Carlton, Residences in Westchester it was Barbara Barron who gave me the confidence to properly communicate with my residents. I was born in the island of Dominican Republic and English was my second language, Barbara was able to help me tremendously on pronunciation and a sight accent.
